What Is A Deed?

A Deed is a legal instrument that allows you to pass, affirm, or confirm an interest in a property to another individual. EZ Estate Plan will only provide “Quitclaim” Deeds, which is solely a transfer from one party to another. These Deeds, while legal and valid, contain no title covenant or title insurance. Rather this Deed is a transfer of one parties entire interest (if any) to the other.
